Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join
our growing home care team in Manatee/Sarasota counties. This role is critical in
driving brand awareness, building strong community relationships, and generating
new business opportunities. These business opportunities will include case
managers, discharge planners, physicians, and others who work within Skilled
Nursing, Independent Health Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Memory Care
Facilities, Home Health, Hospice and Hospitals. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about improving the lives of individuals in need of home care services,
while excelling in creating and executing marketing strategies and achieving sales
goals.

Responsibilities:
  •  Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase client referrals and expand market presence in the Manatee/Sarasota area.
  •  Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, senior living facilities, community organizations, and other referral sources.
  •  Meet or exceed established “new sales” monthly / quarterly / annual goals
  •  Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities in order to meet / exceed sales goals
  •  Develop, track and report key metrics
  •  Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitors’ activities.
  •  Establish weekly activity metrics (In-person sales calls, Lunch & Learns, Networking Events, community event)
  •  Join and attend area networking and chamber groups
  •  Plan and execute community engagement events, such as health fairs, workshops, and sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility.
  •  Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community
  •  Submit accurate and timely sales reports on a weekly basis
  •  Develop and maintain prospects, clients and referral sources databases
  •  Assist with assessments / intakes
  •  Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: What you bring to the table
  • At Least 2 years proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the healthcare or home care industry).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must demonstrate quantifiable success in business development in an organization
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, sense of urgency, detail orientation and problem solving
  • Presents well to clients and peers
  • Must demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting
  • Comfortable with closing/asking for the business
  • Exhibit outstanding organization skills and a service attitude towards the community
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms to drive campaigns and track results.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Requires valid drivers license, reliable transportation and insurance
Benefits:
We offer competitive pay, bonus and benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
